Caring Staff
Our staff are
experienced, professional, caring and friendly. Most of the
staff have been with the home for several years. They undergo
the highest standards of training and professional development.
It is an objective that each member of the care staff is
formally qualified to demonstrate and maintain high levels of
professionalism. Most of the staff have achieved their National
Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) and regular in-house training
sessions are also carried out.
Every resident has an individually-tailored care-plan monitored
by fully qualified caring staff available 24 hours a day. This
is supported by modern equipment to facilitate ease and comfort
of our clients. There are care staff on duty 24 hours a day with
a minimum of two staff at night. Every room is equipped with a
modern call bell system.
Bluebell Lodge practices a non-discriminatory policy with
