Caring Staff
Our staff are experienced,
professional, caring and friendly. Most of the staff have been with
the home for several years. New staff are taken on when required
and only after a very careful recruitment process to ensure that we
hire the right employees to work at Bluebell Lodge.They undergo the
highest standards of training and professional development. It is
an objective that each member of the care staff is formally qualified
to demonstrate and maintain high levels of professionalism. Most of
the staff have achieved their National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ)
and regular in-house training sessions are also carried out.
Every resident has an individually-tailored care-plan monitored by
fully qualified caring staff available 24 hours a day. This is supported
by modern equipment to facilitate ease and comfort of our clients.
Every room is equipped with a modern call bell system.
